Solution: Quick freezing
- Quick freezing was used as the main preservation method, and the fish was then frozen-stored at -18℃ before further use after simple packing.
- Packing and quick freezing have to be completed at factory. Milkfish can be stored in frozen state in the market for at least half year, up to a 1-year maximum.
