Flexible retort packaging

Problem: Food has been thrown away when reaching the end of shelf-life due to poor packaging.
Solution: Flexible retort packaging can be cooked in its own package by using steam or hot water, which extends shelf life and ensures food safety.

  1. Food packaged in conventional cans must be cooked longer than in flexible packaging. Heat penetrates the flexible packaging quicker and leaves food tasting better.
  2. Retort packaging is provided to the packager as ready-to-fill pouches. The packager fills the pouch, seals the package which is then retort processed.
