Solution: Quick freezing

1. Quick freezing was used as the main preservation method, and the fish was then frozen-stored at -18℃ before further use after simple packing.
   
2. Packing and quick freezing have to be completed at factory. Milkfish can be stored in frozen state in the market for at least half year, up to a 1-year maximum.
