1. Improve processing immediately after harvest with development “pre-treatment” procedure. Introduce supply chain management (SCM) practices for fisheries. SCM unified fisheries standards and infrastructure. Improvements include increased support for distribution of cold storage, pre-treatment processing facilities, equipment for local logistics, transportation technology, and dispersal of logistics centers for fisheries and consumption.
