- What do we need to accelerate the reduction of FLW at scale for a “Sustainable APEC Food System”?

- Reduce FLW is an “adaptation” option and a “mitigation” option for combating climate change. To accelerate the reduction of FLW, should APEC go after greenhouse gas emissions reductions?

- Should APEC advance beyond the MDGs towards SDGs, especially SDG 12.3? How may APEC PPFS/ATCWG/OFWG work with other regional/global fora to reach the desired target?

- What are the benefits and costs/risks to enable technical cooperation and social innovations in the public and private domains?
